Chemical Reactor Automation

This project involved a sequencer to automatically step through 110 steps for adding ingredients, opening and closing valves, mixing, heating, pressurizing, cooling, and pulling vacuum.  

Utilized pop-ups to minimize graphic clutter.

We were able to increase production and quality by reducing the number of corrections to a batch via recipe control, and automating temperature & vacuum control.
